Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for each elderly resident to identify individual care needs and ensure accurate treatment approaches.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams, including nurses, case managers, and social workers, to create comprehensive care plans that reflect each client’s unique situation and treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
