Manufacturing Associates play a crucial role in the production process by assembling products, operating machinery, and packaging finished goods. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment and provides opportunities for career growth into technical specialist positions.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components according to specifications
- Operate manufacturing machines safely and efficiently
- perform quality checks on parts utilizing precision instruments
- Package finished products for shipment or storage
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated longevity in work history
- Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience
- Good Attendance record
- Positive Attitude with Teamplayer mindset
We have multiple manufacturing openings at a growing company in Vicksburg, MI. Contract to hire after 90 days. Eligible for benefits package day 1 hired in! Very clean facility with room to grow your manufacturing career.
