Job Title: RN - Med Surg
Location: Hudson, FL
Type: Permanent Contingent | Full-Time Nights | Rotating Weekends
Pay: $30.00 – $42.00/hr (Based on years of experience)
Night Differential: +$4.75/hr
Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for Days | $15,000 for Nights
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-Case Basis

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN Registered Nurse Med Surg for an exciting Travel or Local job in Hudson, FL.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for Med/Surg patients
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Maintain and review patient records, including tests and examination results
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to provide quality patient care
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with hospital standards

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License
• Active FL RN license required within 90 days if holding compact license
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Acute Care RN experience required
• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• BSN preferred
• Previous Med/Surg acute care experience strongly preferred
