Benefits Administrator

LHH is looking to recruit a full-time Benefits Administrator for a client in San Francisco, CA. This role is onsite within the professional services industry. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to support employee benefits programs, maintain accurate benefits records, and provide exceptional service to employees regarding benefit offerings, enrollment, and eligibility.

Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
• Process benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and qualifying life events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and benefits vendors regarding employee coverage and claims.
• Maintain accurate employee records and benefits documentation within HRIS systems.
• Assist with annual open enrollment planning, communication, and execution.
• Audit benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support leave of absence and disability administration programs.
• Partner with Payroll and Human Resources to ensure accurate deductions and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local benefits regulations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of employee benefits programs and administration processes.
• Experience utilizing HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Knowledge of benefits compliance requirements, including COBRA, FMLA, and ACA, is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Information:

• Employment Type: Temporary
• Job-site Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
• Hourly Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
