BG Staffing is seeking a friendly and motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a thriving apartment community in Sun Valley, NV 89433 . This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and resident satisfaction.

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct professional property tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Process rental applications, lease documents, renewals, and resident records.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage office communications.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, lead follow-up, and community outreach efforts.
• Support daily leasing office operations to ensure an efficient leasing process.
• Maintain accurate files and records while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Create and maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.

• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy office setting.
• Comfortable using computers and property management software.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
