Position Description Trainees can contribute meaningfully to ongoing project through more structured learning with immediate practical application. Provide hands‑on experience in advanced cabinet manufacturing processes Learn about American manufacturing standards and quality control systems Develop expertise in lean manufacturing and industrial engineering principles Foster cross‑cultural knowledge exchange in manufacturing best practices Build international professional networks in the woodworking and manufacturing industry Participate in rotations that include the engineering department, production floor, quality assurance, and supply chain/logistics To apply for the Training program, you must have one year of work experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field, with a degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering OR wood science and technology .
