So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.About the job:As an integral member of our team, the Senior Field Service Manager will play a pivotal role shaping and executing growth strategies for the Field Services organization, optimizing operational performance across multiple territories and product lines. You will be responsible for driving the development of a compelling services portfolio, establishes service standards, and partners closely with commercial teams to accelerate above-market growth. Leads field operations, enhances customer experience, improves service delivery, and strengthens financial performance through strong leadership, commercial acumen, and operational excellence.Currently, this is a hybrid opportunity located in Houston, TX, Greenwood, IN, or Richmond, VA.As a part of the team, you will:Secure a strong QHSE culture within the Field Service organization.Manage and develop capabilities needed to support the overall Service strategy.Identify training needs and keep track of FSE competence improvement and personal development and skills matrix updates accordingly.Fully responsible for the Field Service cost center forecast and results including investments and monitor progress against financial targets.Support proactive service sales by lead generation in collaboration with Service sales.Ensure that jobs are executed according to customer relationships internally and externally.Lead the team even remotely giving direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the service strategy with a strong customer orientated mindset.Implement continuous efficiency improvements utilizing innovative processes and technologies.Leading change management to adapt to new market demands.Implement and follow up on relevant KPIs to measure and improve performance.We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.What you know:You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or related field (or equivalent experience) and:8+ years of field service or technical operations experience.3+ years of experience in Sales.3+ years of leadership experience managing managers or large field teams.Demonstrated P&L responsibility.Strong knowledge of sales and field service management systems.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.At Alfa Laval, we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive and dynamic workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
