We're searching for someone with the potential to become one of the most important people in our practice—someone who can guide patients from their first phone call through scheduling, treatment planning, and ultimately helping them regain their health and confidence.

What You'll Do

You'll be one of the first faces and voices our patients meet.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
• Coordinating new patient intake
• Scheduling hygiene and doctor appointments efficiently
• Answering phones and creating exceptional first impressions
• Helping patients understand their next steps
• Communicating with kindness and confidence
• Learning to discuss treatment recommendations and financial options
• Growing into a treatment coordination role where you'll help patients say "yes" to the care they need

Experience in dentistry is appreciated, but attitude and character matter more than experience.
