Client Manager

Managing client relationships remotely, the full-time Client Manager will serve as the primary operational contact for assigned employer and health plan clients, ensuring high service levels through benefit administration, issue resolution, and performance monitoring. Key responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day contact for client accounts, supporting the account team in delivering exceptional service and maintaining accurate account records Assist with benefit administration tasks, including eligibility updates and plan changes, while coordinating with internal teams for timely execution of client requests Monitor account performance metrics and prepare client-facing reporting packages, identifying optimization opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered 0-1 year of experience in account management or client-facing operations within a PBM, health plan, TPA, or managed-care environment Healthcare experience required, with a working knowledge of pharmacy benefit operations Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business tools (Microsoft Office, Teams) Experience supporting quarterly business reviews and client-facing financial reporting Virtual Vocations Inc
