Compensation: $1,000 per day + travel stipend

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced educational math leader—ideally a math coach, specialist, or district math coordinator—to join our team as an OGAP Math Facilitator. This role is designed for an expert who wants to stay active in the education field, leverage their extensive expertise, and maintain a highly flexible schedule throughout the school year.

You will be responsible for delivering a minimum of 50 days of high-impact, on-site professional development and instructional coaching directly to schools and districts. Because our partner districts are located across multiple regions, this position requires a willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver on-site math professional development, workshops, and coaching sessions over the course of the school year.
Partner with school and district leadership to support the implementation of effective mathematics instruction.
Model exemplary instructional practices and facilitate data-driven collaborative planning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Extensive Math Background: A strong academic foundation in mathematics and a deep understanding of pedagogical best practices, standards, and instructional frameworks.
Proven PD Experience: Demonstrated success in delivering engaging, impactful professional development specifically for K-8 mathematics teachers or administrators.
Leadership Experience: Prior experience as a school-based math coach, district math specialist, or curriculum coordinator is highly preferred.
Availability & Flexibility: A flexible schedule with the ability to commit to school-year scheduling and complete 50 onsite days or more.
Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel to school sites.
Preferred Locations
Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, and South Carolina.
