Integrated Creative Designer

Becton Dickinson seeks a creative designer to develop integrated marketing campaigns and visual communications across digital, print, video, and event channels for its Medication Management Solutions division. The role combines strategic creative direction with multimedia design execution to support brand strength and commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and integrated marketing assets across digital, social, print, and sales channels
- Create executive presentations, infographics, data visualizations, and multimedia content including video and motion graphics
- Lead creative development for tradeshows, customer events, and experiential marketing initiatives
- Maintain brand standards while building reusable design systems and templates for efficiency
- Partner with marketing, sales, digital, and agency teams to deliver strategic creative solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or related field
- Seven or more years of graphic design, integrated creative, or multimedia experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint
- Portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns, visual storytelling, and multi-channel creative
- Ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into visual communications
- Strong project management and collaborative skills across cross-functional teams
- Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or regulated industries preferred
