Jamaica Hospital Medical Center located in Queens, New York and minutes away from Manhattan has a full time opening for a Board-Certified Endocrinologist.


Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat patients with endocrine disorders, such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, and hormonal imbalances
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and laboratory tests
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical standards
• Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness
• Provide education and counseling to patients regarding their condition and treatment options
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in the field of endocrinology

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of residency training in internal medicine or endocrinology
• Board certification or eligibility in endocrinology
• Valid medical license to practice in NYS
