Manufacturing Process Operator

Job Description Job Description Johnson Service Group is searching for multiple Manufacturing Process Operators for our client located in Beech Island, SC. This position pays $22.50/hour and will have rotating shifts 12 hour shifts (7-7), including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required. Additional information about the job includes: Role: This role requires a strong ownership mindset, operational discipline, and learning agility Operating Partners work as part of self-directed teams and partner closely with Maintenance, Reliability, and Engineering to deliver sustainable results across safety, quality, service, and cost This role will have responsibility for operating parts of the tissue machine operation and ensuring the product made is meeting customer expectations Minimum Qualifications: 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma or GED Grade 12 certificate Have 1+ years of continuous work experience Able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime, generally 7:15-7:30 Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT) Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of verifiable work experience 3+ years of manufacturing experience 1+ years of experience working in packaging, warehousing, industrial or distribution environment Experience in a GMP environment for consumer goods Mechanical skills and technical troubleshooting \nCompany Description Johnson Service Group, Inc.
