Crisis Mobile Specialist – CPSS – Idaho Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral health agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness across Arizona, Idaho, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia. Job Summary The Crisis Mobile Specialist (CPSS) responds to crisis calls dispatched by the dedicated crisis dispatch provider. The role triages the immediate crisis situation, recommends the appropriate intervention, and assists the individual in crisis to transition to the most appropriate level of care when applicable, in accordance with policies and regulations of Magellan Healthcare of Idaho and the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. Skills & Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Minimum of six months recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders. Current Idaho Driver’s License in good standing. Clear 39‑month motor vehicle record. C‑PRSS Certification required.
