Order Management Specialist II

Join our Team. Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Inc. is looking for a Purchase Order Coordinator located in Nampa, ID. This role does not sponsor U.S. work authorizations, including immigration filings for H‑1B, E‑3, TN, etc. The coordinator will work with distributors, partners, and the sales team to ensure purchase orders are processed accurately and within agreed service levels. Responsibilities Process purchase orders received from distribution accurately and in a timely manner. Provide customers with necessary documents, such as service order confirmations, product information, pricing and transportation details, order status, and delivery estimates. Handle special requests: obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and manage special products. Deliver exceptional customer service by answering calls, keeping the call line staffed per Sales Operation Management guidelines, and maintaining communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Enter and update orders in the system, selecting the best available delivery dates and making adjustments as supply‑chain information changes. Ensure each order receives a confirmation and that customer queries are resolved quickly and accurately. Maintain and update customer master records in Sales Force. Identify and recommend process improvements to support better customer service. Keep a clean and organized work area, ensuring policies, procedures, and literature are current. Assist the department by performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High‑school diploma or equivalent. 0–2 years of relevant experience. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Strong communication skills. Capability to manage multiple projects. Sound judgment and reasoning ability. Basic proficiency with personal computers. Adaptability to change and understanding of customer and business needs. Willingness to help wherever needed. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Benefits Compensation: Salary range will be determined based on location, experience, and qualifications. This position includes a short‑term variable compensation plan offering an annual bonus based on performance objectives. Financial: 401(k) plan with a 4% company match and immediate vesting; company‑paid life, AD&D, and disability insurance.
