- Prepare and execute food for weddings, social, and corporate events
- Follow standardized recipes and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Assist with prep, service, and breakdown for events
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
- Banquet or high-volume kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong work ethic, punctual, and team-focused
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
Position:
- Part-time / Full-time / On-call
- Evening and weekend availability required
