Medical Director, US Vaccines Medical Affairs, Policy Methodologist, MD

Medical director position leading methodological reviews and policy strategy for Pfizer's vaccine portfolio, with focus on CDC ACIP submissions, evidence frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration across inline and pipeline assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead methodological reviews and policy analysis for all vaccine assets under ACIP, VIP, and medical society discussions
• Serve as primary Pfizer contact with CDC ACIP and medical societies on vaccine policy matters
• Oversee GRADE analyses and Evidence to Recommendations frameworks for US vaccine portfolio
• Develop data generation plans and policy strategies across asset teams for regulatory submissions
• Support cross-functional medical policy strategy teams and ensure execution of US strategic plans and forecasts

Requirements

• MD degree required with minimum 4 years professional experience
• Deep expertise in vaccine policy development, GRADE methodology, and Evidence to Recommendations Framework
• Demonstrated knowledge of CDC ACIP processes and medical society vaccine guideline development
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across internal and external organizations
• Strong scientific communication skills with ability to interpret complex data for diverse audiences
• Established network of vaccine and immunization key opinion leaders
• Publications in peer-reviewed medical journals preferred

Compensation: $230,900–$384,800 base, plus 25% bonus target and long-term incentive eligibility
