Executive - International Student Recruitment Posted on: 29 Jun 2026 Division: Higher Education (HE) Department: International Student Recruitment (40000970) JOB PURPOSE The Executive, International Student Recruitment is responsible to recruit students to Taylor’s University & Colleges. He/she is accountable for achieving individual and team sales target by managing the International Sales Pipeline. (Lead, Opportunity, Enrolment, VAL, Arrival & Registration). That includes all Leads from all Channels. KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES Grow Enrolment To manage the international student recruitment to recruit student to Taylor's University & Colleges. He/she is accountable by managing the International Sales Pipeline, which includes all leads and channels. To Manage International Agents including recruiting, training, supporting and agent development. To plan the recruitment strategies for the region/ countries assigned by the regional director. To meet the international recruitment target which set by the management. To participate in overseas school visits, exhibitions and admission sessions. To assist another region if needed. To process the international student application for admission and visa application. Wow Student Experience Ensure that excellent customer service is always provided to new prospective students and parents through all channels. Ensure timely responses to all enrolment-related requests by prospective students and parents. Cost Leadership Perform outbound and inbound sales engagement while improving individual pipeline conversion, efficiency and productivity. High Performance Organization Ensure that all prospective students’ information are accurately maintained and updated in Taylor’s CRM system. * The role may be required to undertake other projects / evolve according to function’s needs or organization’s direction upon the discretion of the Manager. MINIMUM ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION Minimum Qualifications Degree in Business Management / Marketing / International Business / Social Science / Psychology or other management-related discipline. Related Experience One to two (1-2) years in counselling role. Sales experience in the education environment is preferred. Fresh Graduate is also encouraged to apply. COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES) Profession-Related Foundational Competencies Strong Selling and Counselling capabilities. Strong Customer Service experience. Familiar with Sales Tools, Processes and Technologies. Familiar with Higher Education products customer profiling and competitor profiling. Knowledge on market insights and research. Proficient in English or Mandarin. Knowledge and skills in using computer software. E.g. Microsoft software applications. Competencies Strong AMP Attitude: Value driven & good work ethics. Conflict Management – Ability to manage by identifying and handling conflicts in a sensible, fair and efficient manner. Willing to work beyond normal working hours and during weekends.
