NOW HIRING - Receiving & Gate Coordinator Assistant | Midland, TX

Pay: $18-$20/hr DOE
Midland, TX

We are currently seeking a strong candidate for a Receiving & Gate Coordinator Assistant position supporting daily receiving operations and gate coordination at a pipe yard.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
⚠ Occasional 6:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. shift as needed
No weekends unless approved by management

Responsibilities:
• Verify incoming materials and shipments
• Review and process BOLs, POs, and receiving documents
• Data entry and inventory updates
• Coordinate truck and rail shipments
• Check in drivers, visitors, and personnel
• Communicate with yard crews and enforce safety procedures
• Assist with gate and yard operations

Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable with computer systems and data entry
Experience with shipping/receiving preferred
Reliable transportation required
Bilingual is a plus, but not required

Interested candidates must complete administrative/office skills testing.
