What You ll Do:

Provide vital emergency care in a collaborative environment
Cover diverse cases from low to moderate acuity
Work flexible shifts including night and day shifts at two premier locations:
- Night shift (10 PM 8 AM) at Southwood
- Day/Evening shifts (1 PM 11 PM or 11 AM 9 PM or 9 AM 7 PM) at Gwinnett

Required Skills:

Valid PA license and certification
Prior emergency department experience
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

Bilingual capabilities
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or TNCC

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor s degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies
Minimum of 2 years of ED experience preferred
Local candidates strongly preferred, with knowledge of local protocols and community

Other Requirements:

Must be a local candidate eligible to work in the region
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
