Cornerstone Mechanical Inc. has been serving the Nashville TN area for over 30 years. We have immediate openings on our team for experienced service technicians. We offer competitive salaries and benefits for the employee that wants to go beyond just repairing equipment. Our management team promotes a family friendly environment while treating our technicians with the respect they deserve. We do not reward hard work with more hard work like some of our competitors. We consistently maintain a 7am - 4pm work schedule except for high volume days/time frames. These positions are full time and immediate!
Job Duties
- Service and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and service at various customer locations
- Perform site surveys and move out inspections as well as repairs needed.
- Accurately communicate and discuss work performed with customer and internal management.
- Turn in all reports/invoicing/service tickets in a timely manner.
- Nights/weekend on call rotation currently about one a month.
- Even mix of new/billable service as well as PM turnover and repairs.
