Perform HVAC service calls, troubleshoot, and repair across residential and commercial properties. Install ductwork, piping, and related HVAC components. Read and interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Perform preventative maintenance inspections to ensure system efficiency and safety. Troubleshoot electrical components using meters and diagnostic tools. Complete plumbing connections related to HVAC systems, including pipe fittings and drainage. Operate a company vehicle safely while transporting equipment and materials. Document service activities accurately and communicate clearly with customers about repairs and system recommendations. Maintain a professional job site and represent the company with integrity. Qualifications Experience as an HVAC service technician or in a related mechanical field. Strong mechanical knowledge, including boilers and general HVAC system repair. Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and system performance issues. Familiarity with HVAC schematics and design principles. Experience with plumbing, brazing, and boiler operation is preferred. A construction, trades, or property maintenance background is a plus. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. High school diploma or GED equivalency.
