Cementing Bulk Plant OperatorWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cementing Bulk Plant Operator to join our client's team in the heavy industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, implementing standard work, and managing risk during service delivery.Responsibilities:Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.Blend and mix bulk products for delivery to the wellsite, on time, according to the job program design.Check and/or calculate quantities of material blends required prior to loading.Coordinate movement of bulk products to and from locations with the PSD and Logistics Team.Assist in conducting monthly inventory and daily paperwork completion for goods received and shipped.Maintain bulk plant equipment by performing a daily check while ensuring the bulk plant is kept clean.Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.Requirements:Experience in handling bulk plant operations and equipment maintenance.Knowledge of standard work procedures and quality assurance protocols.Ability to coordinate logistics and manage inventory effectively.Strong adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.Preferred Qualifications (if any):Previous experience in a similar role within the heavy industrial sector.Familiarity with environmental regulations and industry standards.Who We Are:SGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, offering staffing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), nearshore, and consulting services across a wide range of industries in 35 countries.
