Our Ryan Field Concessions Supervisors are instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests, donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors.The Concessions Supervisoris responsible foroverseeing the daily operation of an assigned concession stand or service location at Ryan Field. This position leads frontline team members, ensures efficient food and beverage service, and delivers an outstanding guest experience. Supervise an assigned concession stand or service location. Lead concession attendants, cashiers, and service staff. Monitorsales activity and service flow. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns. Support inventory controls andcash-handlingprocedures. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements. Ability toworkevent-driven schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
