Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution and optimization of digital media campaigns that drive student recruitment, with a focus on paid social, paid search, and online video. This role manages day-to-day campaign setup support, trafficking, QA, and performance monitoring to ensure accuracy and alignment with inquiry and enrollment objectives. The specialist provides ongoing reporting and insights, identifying trends and uncovering optimizations to improve campaign performance. They collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of assets, proper implementation of tracking, and adherence to compliance requirements. Additionally, the role contributes to testing strategies and continuous improvement efforts across all digital inquiry channels and CRO projects. Pay Range: $50,000 - $65,000What We Offer: Tuition Waiver: Enjoy a tuition waiver after 6 months of employment for you AND your immediate family offered at UTI and Concorde campuses Paid Time Off: Competitive paid time off programs for employees (Vacation, Sick, Flexible) Retirement Matching: 50% match on the first 6% of your contributions after 90 days Paid Parental Leave: 4 weeks of paid leave for both birthing and non-birthing parents to bond with a new baby Competitive Insurance: Health, vision, and dental coverage for you and your dependents Pet Insurance: Competitive coverage for your furry family members through ASPCA Health Plan Enrollment: Eligibility starts first of the month following completing one full month of employment Responsibilities Collaborate with agency team leads, internal creative, and content strategists to deliver and support all student acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and others Support digital media team in preparing, launching and oversight on online lead generation campaigns effectively from month-to-month and quarter to quarter Lead on finalizing details prior to plan launch, and ensure that media plans are implemented properly, and run smoothly in-market Ensure all project requests and sourcing details are properly in place with external agency partners Work directly with copywriters and graphic designers, to assist in the creation, review and approval of advertising materials for various digital media platforms Coordinate the set-up of video assets with the agency for deployment of online video campaigns to attract potential student Manage paid media landing page ecosystem and support CRO testing Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies to meet student recruitment goals Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure the institute remains competitive in the digital landscape Strives to build internal expertise in key media channels through building knowledge over time Socializes media plan analysis and results to Marketing Department team members on an ongoing basis Other duties as assigned.
