This transformation requires solving agentic identity, extending or building new standards and protocols, building agent-to-agent interactions including authorization, licensing, trust delegation, security and monetization.We are looking for an exceptional Staff Engineer to help us build the next generation of our Business Platform to support the agentic era. You will be responsible for setting the vision for the long term architecture of various components in the Business Platform. You’ll be accountable for strategy, technical roadmap and architecture of the platform. You’ll work with multiple teams, overseeing and contributing to delivery and owning critical operational KPIs such as availability and uptime. Your role involves designing, implementing, and running critical tier 0 services for the company. We’re looking for a seasoned individual contributor leader who can work effectively with product management and engineering leaders within the company and build a high quality platform.The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with attention to detail and a relentless drive for quality. They would bring their prior experience to the table with a growth mindset to solve industry-wide problems. They should be comfortable being very hands on and at the same being able to uplevel and provide high level guidance for others to execute. They should mentor senior engineers within the org to grow the next level of engineering leadership. They should also be strong communicators who can influence other leaders. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
