Rippling Spend unifies corporate cards, reimbursements, procurement, bill pay, and travel into a single workflow that connects directly to accounting and payroll. Unlike point solutions that reconcile after the fact, we enforce policy, approvals, and accounting in real time. That lets finance teams operate proactively, and it creates a hard systems problem across payments, data consistency, permissions, and scale. You understand the trade-offs between consistency and availability and know when "eventual consistency" is not enough.High Agency: You thrive in ambiguity.
