BDC (Business Development Center) Agent

Gary Crossley Ford is looking for a motivated BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join our team! If you have strong communication skills, sales experience, and enjoy working with customers, this could be a great opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Respond to internet leads and customer inquiries
Make outbound calls and send texts/emails to customers
Set and confirm sales appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
Follow up with customers to keep them engaged in the buying process

Requirements:

Previous sales or customer service experience required
Strong phone communication skills
Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
CDK Eleads experience preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
