Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of BDC representative. We are a progressive mid sized dealership in the Kansas City metro area. Responsibilities For Bdc Representative:

• Handling Internet and phone leads for an Auto Dealership
• Outbound and inbound customer phone calls
• Determine each customer's needs by asking the right questions
• Set appointments for sales team and follow up to confirm
• Ensure a positive, best in class customer experience
• Ability to follow a task driven process for every lead
• Introduce customers to sales team
• Enter customer information into CRM
• Follow the Store Process under the direction of the BDC Director.

Qualifications For Bdc Representative:

• Solid Organizational Skills
• Self Driven to perform at a very high level in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior Sales, Call Center, Customer Service or BDC Experience Required
• Great Communication & Customer Service skills
• Previous CRM experience in an Auto Dealership would be a plus.
• Strong Phone & Computer Skills
• Impeccable Follow up Skills.
• Willingness to assist all Team members of the BDC Department.
• Must be Coachable and attend Training on a continual basis.

The BDC Representative opportunity is a commission, performance based paid position.

This is a Full Time position and requires some flexibility in scheduling.
