Site Operations Manager

\n\n\nSite Operations Manager (Bilingual Korean required)\n\nTimpl has partnered with a leading 3PL logistics service provider offering\nintegrated solutions including air, ocean, and ground transportation,\nwarehousing & distribution, and customs clearance. And we are seeking a Site\nOperations Manager\n \n\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Plan, schedule, and oversee the delivery and unloading of equipment,\n machinery, and over-sized over-weight\n (OOG) cargo at client sites.\n * Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety regulations and company\n policies.\n * Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding logistics\n operations.\n * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and\n address any concerns or issues\n promptly.\n * Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics personnel to\n ensure timely and accurate deliveries.\n * Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers as needed.\n * Address any logistical challenges or disruptions that arise during the\n transportation and unloading process.\n * Implement contingency plans to mitigate potential delays or issues.\n * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities.\n * Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics performance and any incidents\n that occur on-site.\n * Ensure that all logistics operations adhere to safety standards and\n regulatory requirements.\n * Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for logistics personnel.\n\nQualifications\n\n * Proven experience in logistics management, particularly in on-site operations\n involving heavy equipment and \n OOG cargo.\n * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.\n * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\n * Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in logistics.\n * Experience working with international shipments and customs procedures.\n * Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.\n * Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.\n * English/Korean bilingual
