Mobile Crisis Outreach Specialist

Downtown Emergency Services Center

Downtown Emergency Services Center (DESC) is seeking staff for the Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Team to respond to adults in crisis in the Seattle area. You will work in pairs with Mental Health Professionals and Peer Counselors, coordinating care and preventing unnecessary ER visits. Responsibilities include outreach, engagement, crisis intervention, and follow-up to ensure connections to services. Strong communication and de‑escalation skills are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
