DESC (Downtown Emergency Service Center)
DESC (Downtown Emergency Service Center) is seeking a Flex & Follow Up Crisis Outreach Supervisor for its Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Team in Seattle. You will supervise field staff, coach on crisis intervention, and ensure proper documentation and adherence to DESC policies. The role includes 1:1 supervision sessions, scheduling coordination, vehicle safety, and ensuring timely dispatched responses.
