Job Description We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager todrivecross-functionalProgram Managementfor keyAd Sales Technologyinitiatives. This role will act as a strategic, data-drivenprogramlead, bringing operational rigorand innovative approachesto effectivelyorchestratecross-teamcollaboration, execution, and change management across Enterprise Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and Ad Salesteams. The ideal candidate brings multiple years of experience owning end-to-end programs frominceptionthrough launch and is comfortably driving alignment acrossboth business and technologystakeholder groups, including senior leadership. We seek proactiveProgram Managersskilled in working in ambiguity, developing innovative solutions, and identifyingrisks before they develop.Existing domainexperience within Ad Sales Technology, and specifically Programmatic or Digital Ad Server Integrations development, is preferred. Responsibilities: Program Delivery and Execution Oversee the execution of multiple concurrent programs and projects, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. Build andmaintainintegrated program plans that clearly define milestones, deliverables, critical dependencies, decision points, and resource needs. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and QAleadsto resolve delivery issues, remove blockers, and accelerate progress against strategicobjectives. Ensure teams follow the Product Development Lifecycle and related controls, whileidentifyingopportunities to streamline processes and improve speed to market. Lead program reviews, readiness checkpoints, and launch planning activities to confirm initiatives are operationally prepared and aligned for successful delivery. Stakeholder, Communication, and Governance Serve as the primaryprogram managerforallinvolvedstakeholdersand leadership, providing clear communication onprogram-levelhealth, risks, decisions, and trade-offs. Prepare and deliver conciseprogram-level reporting, including status updates, KPI dashboards, portfolio reviews, and decision-ready materials. Facilitate cross-functional meetings that drive alignment, decision-making, andtimelyescalation resolution. Build strong relationships across business and technology organizations and influence outcomes in complex, matrixed environments. Anticipate organizational, process, and technical constraints early and develop pragmatic plans to minimize impacttoroadmap commitments. Metrics, Quality, and Continuous Improvement Lead the creation of new methods for program-level reporting,leveragingautomated processes to drive seamless tracking of day-to-day progress. Define and track KPIs forprogramhealth, milestone performance, throughput, predictability, and operational effectiveness. Use data and retrospective insights toidentifytrends, improve delivery performance, and strengthen planning accuracyacross squads. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems,Technical Project Management,or a related field preferred; master's degree is a plus. 6+ years of program or portfolio management experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from planning through delivery. Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies, portfolio planning, dependency management, and risk management best practices. Experience working with product, engineering, data, QA, and business stakeholders in Agile and hybrid delivery environments. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations, decisions, and status reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to prioritization, decision-making, and continuous improvement. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and related project tracking and collaboration tools. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. 3+ years runningsoftware/system development and product developmentprograms/initiatives Desired Characteristics: Experience supporting ad technology, ad sales platforms, consumer products, data platforms, or analytics initiatives. Direct experience supporting Digital Ad Salesandunderstandskey conceptswithin DigitalAd Serving andProgrammaticeco-development. Familiarity withlarger Ad Sales Technology trends, andAI-enabled product or operational workflows. Passion for innovation, modernizing legacy processes and systems, and improving how teams plan and deliver work. Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and influence across a matrixed organization. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Additional Requirements: Hybrid : This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
