Program Coordinator
Globus Medical
Globus Medical seeks a Program Coordinator to manage logistics and execution of bioskills lab training programs domestically and internationally. The role involves coordinating travel, accommodations, registrations, budgets, and on-site support for diverse participants across multiple annual programs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for domestic and international travel, accommodations, ground transportation, and catering
- Manage program registrations, attendee tracking, venue searches, and contract negotiations
- Provide on-site support and coordination with lab teams, vendors, and all participants
- Oversee invoicing reconciliation, budget management, and cost specifications for events
- Train and supervise other program coordinators on processes and compliance protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Strong vendor and customer relationship-building abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with ability to learn new systems
- Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Willingness to work in clinical and surgical settings, including cadaveric labs
- Ability to travel frequently, up to 30% including weekends
