Dealership Detail Associate

Job Description

DealerFLEX is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dealership Detail Associate to join our growing team at a premier automotive dealership in Langhorne, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on tasks, and is eager to develop new skills in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do:

Clean and recondition vehicles to dealership standards (interior and exterior)
Vacuum, shampoo carpets, clean upholstery, and wipe down surfaces
Wash, dry, and polish vehicle exteriors using appropriate tools and techniques
Clean wheels, tires, door jambs, windows, and engine bays
Apply waxes, sealants, and dressings as needed
Maintain a clean and organized detail bay or workspace
Communicate any damage or concerns to management promptly
Follow all safety protocols for tools, products, and equipment

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable and punctual with a team-first attitude
Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and working on your feet
Self-motivated and able to follow instructions
Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Bonus Points For:

Previous experience in detailing, janitorial, or manual labor roles
Passion for vehicles and automotive care
Familiarity with basic detailing tools and products
