We'll provide you with the support and opportunities to grow your professional skills in construction carpentry and customer relations.Pay & Benefits$25-37 per hour, 40-50 hr. weeksHealth coverageMatching 401kProject based bonus program adding $2500-$6500 annually.Work ResponsibilitiesAs a carpenter at Lamont, your job is to work on a remodel team, provide highly-skilled labor, and complete high-end remodel projects. You'll be assigned with the Lead Carpenter, to just one jobsite at a time, so you can focus on doing your best work for each client. Under direction from our remodel superintendents, you'll be provided with the training and equipment to produce top-quality work.Excellent attention to detail, a willingness to develop new skills, and a strong understanding of finish carpentry skills will prepare you for success in this role.Ideally, a strong candidate for a remodel carpenter will have:3+ years of construction/carpentry experienceExcellent skills in rough and/or finish carpentryCreative problem-solving abilitiesCommunication and teamwork skillsExperience in installing:CabinetryTileFlooringDrywallTrim & FinishesBasic understanding of plumbing, electric, HVAC, and natural gasPhysical capability to perform the following tasks for 8 hours a day:KneelingBendingDiggingClimbingLifting up to 80 lbs.Carrying a 4x8 sheet of 3/4 CDX
