We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented Insurance Telephone Sales Agent to join our team in an on-site position. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of verifiable experience in telephone sales, lead generation, and closing sales.

Bilingual required: Spanish and English.

Required License: Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative License
(If you do not have the 4-40 license, you may obtain it with us.)

Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099 – Commission Only)
Location: On-site – Florida City, FL

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, working in a team environment, and growing within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to contact potential clients and generate new sales opportunities.
• Present and explain insurance products and services clearly and professionally.
• Identify clients’ needs and offer appropriate solutions based on their situation.
• Follow up with prospects and clients to maximize closing opportunities.
• Meet the sales goals established by the company.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries about products, services, coverage, and processes.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
