Title: Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - $5k Sign-On Bonus Overview Deliver high quality health care in Fast Pace Health’s practice, ensuring the best patient satisfaction. Work in a team-oriented environment, adapt to technologies and protocols, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition. Provide outstanding service in clinic and via virtual channels while maintaining a compassionate, welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Provide quality care in clinic and telehealth, meeting patient volume goals for both settings. Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, offering guidance to X‑ray technologists, nurses, and front office specialists. Discuss patient history, symptoms, allergies, and medications; ask specific questions to establish accurate diagnoses. Complete patient charts accurately and promptly; forward charts as needed on a daily basis. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols outlined by the CMO and supervising physicians. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment and self‑care. Adhere to federal and state regulations, including HIPAA, and all company policies. Participate in mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training. Follow Office of Medical Affairs and clinical practice guidelines. Assist in onboarding new employees, providing job shadowing, training, and coaching. Encourage and recommend improvements to overall patient experience and care. Perform duties as outlined in the SCRIBE job description and adhere to core company values. Experience & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience as a provider in urgent care, occupational medical, ER/trauma unit, or family medical practice. Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). Active license and DEA (required for all providers), with DOT certification for full‑time and part‑time providers within 120 days. Ability to treat patients of all ages and meet credentialing requirements. Mandatory completion of all company compliance training. Work Schedule Full‑time employees work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend. PRN employees work a minimum of 4 shifts per month. Ancillary providers are on call periodically throughout the year. Level Structure Level1: New‑grad NP or PA with up to 1 year of experience. Level2: NP or PA with 1–5 years of experience. Level3: NP or PA with 5–10 years of experience.
