***MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN AN ITALIAN RESTAURANT MAKING PASTA FROM SCRATCH*** SkyBridge Luxury & Associates has partnered with a highly respected hospitality ownership group to identify an accomplished Executive Chef to lead the renovation, repositioning, and culinary reconcept of an established restaurant property in Minnesota. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary culinary leader to create and launch an elevated Italian dining experience from the ground up. The Executive Chef will play a critical role in shaping the concept, menu development, kitchen design, operational standards, team culture, and overall guest experience as the restaurant enters an exciting new chapter. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for authentic Italian cuisine, strong leadership skills, and previous experience opening, repositioning, or transforming successful restaurant concepts. Position Overview The Executive Chef will serve as the culinary leader for the restaurant and partner closely with ownership and senior leadership throughout the renovation and reopening process. This individual will be responsible for developing the culinary vision, building a high-performing kitchen team, establishing operational systems, and delivering an exceptional dining experience that positions the restaurant as a premier destination within the market. Lead the culinary strategy and execution of the restaurant reconcept and reopening Develop innovative and authentic Italian menus with a focus on quality, seasonality, and consistency Collaborate with ownership on concept development, kitchen design, equipment selection, and operational planning Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing culinary team Establish kitchen systems, recipes, standards, and operational procedures Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and execution standards Manage labor, food costs, purchasing, inventory, and financial performance Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards Partner with front-of-house leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience Qualifications Previous Executive Chef experience within upscale, lifestyle, luxury, or chef-driven restaurants Strong background in Italian cuisine and culinary techniques Experience opening, repositioning, renovating, or launching restaurant concepts preferred Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing culinary teams Strong financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costs Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and team development Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Why This Opportunity Lead the creation of a new Italian dining destination Significant influence over culinary vision and concept development Opportunity to partner directly with ownership and leadership Build and develop a team from the ground up Make a lasting impact on a highly anticipated restaurant transformation #J-18808-Ljbffr
