You will provide therapy to clients via secure telehealth platforms from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough psychological assessments to accurately identify the specific mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews. Create personalized treatment plans that align with the clients’ needs, ensuring they are responsive to changing circumstances and aspirations. Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques. Regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes. Maintain very detailed and timely documentation of each client encounter, ensuring compliance with both organizational policies and legal regulations. Collaborate with other mental health professionals within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Adhere strictly to ethical and legal standards to safeguard client confidentiality and uphold the integrity of the counseling profession. Patient Population / Client Focus This role primarily serves individuals dealing with postpartum mental health issues, including postpartum depression, anxiety, and related challenges. Your expertise will cater to a diverse clientele, providing culturally competent care to those from a variety of backgrounds. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; advanced degrees (Master's or higher) are preferred. Current licensure in the state of Pennsylvania as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD). A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, focusing on mental health treatment. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Ability to work independently while also functioning well as part of a cohesive team. Preferred Experience Experience working with postpartum mental health clients or within maternal health contexts. Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology for remote therapy sessions. Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment, particularly those suitable for postpartum clients. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
