Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Building and nurturing positive, trusting relationships with patients to foster an environment conducive to healing. Conducting thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans. Leading individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques. Regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of patient progress to ensure alignment with their evolving needs. Collaborating with other health professionals to refer clients to specialists and additional resources when necessary, ensuring they receive comprehensive care. Documenting accurate records of sessions and treatment progress while adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse array of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Each client's unique experiences and backgrounds will guide your therapeutic approach, enabling you to provide culturally competent care that respects their individual journeys. Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must possess: An active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) A Bachelor’s degree; a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field is preferred Proven experience conducting individual and/or group therapy sessions Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure efficient handling of your caseload and administrative responsibilities Preferred Experience Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the needs of diverse populations is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems will be advantageous, as adapting to technology is key in a remote working environment. Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually.
