Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments through virtual sessions to establish clients' mental health needs. \n Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique experiences and goals. \n Deliver compassionate therapeutic interventions and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance via video chat. \n Utilize evidence-based practices to assist clients in developing coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication techniques. \n Monitor client progress, adapt treatment plans as necessary, and document all interactions efficiently to ensure continuity of care. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults seeking support to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
