Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough clinical assessments by engaging clients in open discussions, using evidence-based practices to evaluate their mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans. \n Implement and administer therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific issues presented by clients. \n Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care. \n Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the quality of care and sharing best practices. \n Provide education and support to clients and their families about various mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and community resources available to them. \n Stay informed of the latest research in mental health treatment and participate in continuous professional development activities. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our therapists work with a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. You will engage with clients dealing with trauma-related issues, anxiety disorders, depression, and various behavioral concerns. By developing individualized therapy plans and applying therapeutic techniques grounded in evidence-based research, you will directly contribute to improved client outcomes and foster resilience.
