Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client's mental health and substance use needs; develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, incorporating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address their unique needs.

• Coordinate care with case managers, medical professionals, and ancillary staff to ensure a holistic approach to client care, facilitating seamless transitions between detox and ongoing treatment.

• Offer crisis intervention and supportive counseling to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, employing your clinical skills to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.

• Engage actively in community outreach programs, delivering educational workshops that promote mental health literacy and serve to reduce stigma associated with mental illness and substance use.

You will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification, a vulnerable population often experiencing heightened emotional and psychological distress. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
