Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, granting flexibility while still requiring participation in collaborative team strategies that adhere to the highest standards of patient care. A typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs, ensuring a balance between your professional responsibilities and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and intake evaluations to identify individual needs, developing tailored treatment plans to accommodate diverse patient profiles.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to foster client progress.

• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups that focus on mental health education and community-building among clients.

• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring patients receive holistic treatment addressing their eclectic needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support during acute mental health episodes, acting decisively and professionally to stabilize clients and alleviate distress.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available community resources, empowering them to take charge of their recovery journey.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical and legal documentation standards within electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Contribute actively in team meetings and case consultations, sharing insights and participating in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each presenting unique backgrounds and therapeutic needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and contemporary therapeutic modalities.

• Proficiency in executing comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.

• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and group therapy for a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
