Description

Westaff is Hiring for 1st and 2nd shift Production Line Workers in Meriden, CT!

Pay Rate: $17.50 - $19 / hour, depending on experience

1st Shift: 7am - 3pm

2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm

Overtime is available!

Production Line Requirements:

As a Production Line Associate, you will support daily manufacturing operations by performing hands-on tasks such as stuffing, packing, material handling, and general line support . Responsibilities include:

Working on a fast-paced production line
Preparing, loading, and handling materials
Supporting stuffing or packing functions as assigned
Maintaining quality and consistency throughout each shift
Following safety and cleanliness standards
Collaborating with team members and shift leads

Production Line Qualifications:

Experience working in food production
Ability to work full-time with overtime as needed
Reliability and strong work ethic
Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment
Willingness to learn and adapt as the line ramps up
Team-oriented mindset
