Bilingual Sales Representative

POSITION OVERVIEW

MCI is a tech‑enabled business services company offering customer experience and business process outsourcing solutions. As a bilingual sales representative, you will engage clients in Spanish and English, handle inbound and outbound calls, and drive sales performance.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customer inquiries and sales opportunities. Build rapport with clients and identify their needs to offer appropriate solutions. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. Stay up to date with product knowledge and company offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to type 20+ words per minute accurately. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with Windows operating systems. Reliable, punctual, with excellent attendance. Skilled in conflict resolution, problem‑solving, and negotiation. Customer‑focused mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsive. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Team‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Preferred: 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, technical support, or administrative roles in a contact center. Previous experience in state or federal work environments.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Primarily sedentary. Requires sitting/standing for long periods, using a computer and telephone headset, and occasionally moving objects up to 40 pounds.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
