Sales Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to upsell products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical proficiency to effectively address customer needs and enhance their experience. This position offers competitive base pay plus commissions rewarding your efforts! This is a great opportunity for individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoy engaging with diverse clients.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Engage in upselling activities by identifying additional products or services that benefit the client.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions using company systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and sales strategies.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in using relevant software and tools to assist customers efficiently.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through ongoing communication and support.
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Technical proficiency with computers, software applications, and online communication tools.
- Upselling skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals.
