About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing accounting policies in line with Spanish GAAP and international standards. This role involves the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements, ensuring their quality and technical robustness, and acting as the main point of contact for both internal and external auditors. The Chief Accounting Officer will also be involved in financial and accounting due diligence, managing accounting impacts of corporate transactions, and optimizing accounting processes and financial systems. Applicants for the Chief Accounting Officer position at the company should have a university degree in a relevant field, with postgraduate education or professional certifications highly valued. A minimum of 10 years' experience in accounting, particularly in the technology sector, is required, with a strong background in multinational environments.
