Position Details:

Type of Provider Needed: CRNA
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
All certifications must be through AHA (BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS - no exceptions)
Hours: Tuesday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Call: No call required
Call Response Time: 20 minutes
Supervision: None - Solo provider
Type of Cases: Endoscopy, General, Orthopedic, Acute Pain Management
Spinals/Blocks/Epidurals: Must be proficient in all
Caselogs: Required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
Providers Onsite: 1
Number of ORs: 2
EMR System: Epic
